Affiliate F.A.Q

Welcome to the our affiliate FAQ! Here we will try to anticipate questions you may have regarding how to use the affiliate interface to promote our products. For any topics not covered below please email us at info@allaccessgroup.com or visit our contact page.

 

 

Logging in

There are several reasons to log into your affiliate account. You may want to check your commissions or possibly grab some of our advertising for your website or blog. To do so, do the following:

  • Navigate to our affiliates resources page.
  • Click the red ‘login’ button.
  • Enter the username (typically the email you used to setup the account) and the password (sent to you via email).
    • Note: If you have forgotten your password please enter the email you used to setup the account in the lost password box and your password will be emailed to you.

Review your affiliate programs

To review which affiliate programs your are enrolled in and actively receiving commissions for:

  • Login at our affiliates resources page.
  • At the top of the page, click the link for ‘Programs’.
  • You will see a list of all programs your are enrolled in and several statistics for your sales and commissions within that program.

Getting ads and or banners for display on your website

To get commissions you will need links, banners, and/or ads to Kelli’s products. Luckily, we provide all of these for you already! To get any or all of these please follow the steps outlined below.

  • Login at our affiliates resources page.
  • At the top of the page, click ‘Links & Tools’.
  • Just below the main menu you will see Ads > Text Links > Banners .
    • Ads – will give you a basic text ad that can be copied and pasted to your site, blog, or basically anything that will accept HTML code!
    • Text Links – will provide you with code to simply link text to Kelli’s product. Just copy and paste to anything that accepts HTML code.
    • Banners – will provide you with graphical banners. There are a variety of sizes and shapes to choose from to attractively advertise our product. These go great in the margins of a website or even in blog posts. We provide you with the code, all you need to do is copy and paste!

**Note: We’ve tried to provide everything you need to attractively and effectively promote our products. However, if you should need a size adjustment or wording adjustment to anything we already provide, please email us at info@allaccessgroup.com and we will do our very best to accommodate you.**

Checking your commissions

You may want to check in periodically and see how you are doing on commissions. To do this please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Login at our affiliates resources page.
  • At the top of the page, click the link for ‘Commissions Summary’.
  • This will give you a breakdown of your commission totals for the current month. Please note that the drop down box also gives you the ability to see prior months, years, and everything all at once.

Changing your password

We generate a password for you at sign-up but that doesn’t mean it can’t be changed.  To make a change to your password please follow the steps outlined below.

  • Login at our affiliates resources page.
  • At the top of the page, click the link for ‘My Profile’.
  • Under ‘Login Information’ simply enter the new password you would like to use.

Changing your company or personal information

If you should need to change any of your personal information in your account such as your tax ID, address, or company for example. Please follow the steps outlined below.

  • Login at our affiliates resources page.
  • At the top of the page, click the link for ‘My Profile’.
  • Under ‘Contact Information’ simply enter the updated information you would like to use.

Commission rate

Currently our commission rate applies to sales only. The commission rate for a sale of an item is currently 50% of the profit after any related service charges incurred through our online vendor 1shoppingcart.com.
